    Monitoring and investigation in the process of completion acceptance. The main contents of monitoring and investigation: Inspection of environmental conservation management, running effect test of environmental protection equipment, monitoring of pollutant discharge under certain standard, monitoring of environmental quality in environmental sensitive sites and ecological investigation.     UN38.3 In order to ensure the lithium battery air transport safety, the international air transport association make rules in 《the dangerous goods regulations》 that the precondition of transportation for the Lithium battery air transport must conform to the requirements of the UN38.3 lithium-ion batteries testing.Our China's civil aviation administration is also very strict with the lithium battery air monitoring measures,demands clearly that every airline company and the airport cargo receiving department must examine every kind of lithium battery UN38.3 test report strictly,without qualified test report,the batteries can’t be shipped by air freight. At the same time,EN60950-1:2006/A2:2013 has been carried out formally since July 2nd,2013.Whereby 4.3.8 stipulate that all the acidic portable secondary battery must meet the requirements of  IEC62133,which means from July 2nd,2014,the batteries of all the mobile phones, BT earphones, BT speakers etc. have to do IEC62133 test when apply for CE certification. Besides, the International Electrical Commission published the safety standard IEC 62133:2012 on new version of the portable sealed secondary battery core and battery fluid cell (containing alkaline and acidic solution) ,EN 32133:2013 was carried out since Oct.10th,2013,the battery manufacturer should make the product conform to the new standard when do the design. BIS The Bureau of India Standards,which is short for BIS is India's standardization and certification authority.It was formally established in 1987.The Bureau of India Standards is the only official certification organization that connects with custom  in India at present.Without BIS certification,the products in the BIS compulsive list can’t enter Indian custom. Class B product conformity must do self claims or apply for third party certification. After April 1st,2001,DENAN replaced DENTORI,Japan canceled T symbol at the same time,the government didn’t issue the certificates anymore but authorize the third party certification to do the Conformity assessment test for the products. The new rules divide the products into Sps and NSPs.Thereinto,the SPs include 112 kinds of products and NSPs include 340 kinds of products. The Sps products which enter Japanese market must have the third party certification with PSE( diamond) logo; the NSPs products must have self claims or apply for third party certification with PSE(round) logo.
